Xavier Ibarrola is the Chief Executive Officer of Banorte Securities International. Leading the transformation of the company’s U.S. presence, Mr. lbarrola managed the relocation of the U.S. headquarters to Houston, recruited an exceptional leadership team and forged innovative partnerships to expand the firm’s digital offerings for clients. 

Mr. lbarrola came to Banorte Securities from the BBVA Group where he spent more than 20 years in investments and financial management positions, driving operational and financial improvement across multinational organizations. Mr. Ibarrola has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s in business administration.
